TWO KEY STANDARDS IN STX

#1 - Being on Time

One of the most fundamental principles to our Division. Punctuality is not just respecting yourself and choosing to be a person of value, it is a choice to respect others time as well.

#2 - Dress Sharp

3-Core principles of STX - FOR MANAGERS IN TRAINING

Our MIT (Managers In Training) process

runs every September - April. Come May each year we have a graduation in many senses to a path of true freedom. Three key principles we are focused on through the 8 months are the following:

  1. Discipline = Freedom
  2. Stay Humble 
  3. Take ownership of everything

THE TEN CHALLANGE

Being a “10 out of 10” isn’t about talent. It’s about standards.

These are the controllable's. The things every rep can choose daily, regardless of experience, background, or skill level. This is where culture is built and where separation happens.

The expectation in STX is simple:
Show up as a 10 in these areas every day. Not occasionally. Not when it’s convenient. Every day.

The 10:

  1. Being on Time 
  2. Work Ethic 
  3. Effort 
  4. Body Language 
  5. Energy 
  6. Attitude 
  7. Passion 
  8. Being Coachable 
  9. Doing Extra 
  10. Being Prepared 

This is the baseline. Not the goal.

If someone is inconsistent here, nothing else matters. If they are locked in here, everything else becomes easier to coach, build, and scale.

Start with 10 days.
Be a 10 out of 10 in all ten areas for 10 straight days.

That’s where momentum starts.
That’s where identity starts to shift. When we focus on being a 10 out of 10 - consider starting with the Miracle Morning as first video to understand priming and the effect of improving yourself on THE TEN
