Being a “10 out of 10” isn’t about talent. It’s about standards.
These are the controllable's. The things every rep can choose daily, regardless of experience, background, or skill level. This is where culture is built and where separation happens.
The expectation in STX is simple:
Show up as a 10 in these areas every day. Not occasionally. Not when it’s convenient. Every day.
The 10:
This is the baseline. Not the goal.
If someone is inconsistent here, nothing else matters. If they are locked in here, everything else becomes easier to coach, build, and scale.
Start with 10 days.
Be a 10 out of 10 in all ten areas for 10 straight days.
