As you start to win as a sales rep, the next level opens up, and that is sales management. This is where things get real. This is where you separate from average and start thinking bigger than just yourself. The mindset shift is simple but powerful, “I would rather earn 1% off 100 people’s efforts than 100% of my own.” That is leverage. That is leadership. That is building something that actually scales.
