The DRM is a person who is gathering the data on a weekly basis, having live zoom calls, and making sure all South Texas Division DM's know their data. This person helps the Division operate on facts vs feelings. Keeping Awareness to the results is a key component of the DRM
The DOM is the office manager for the Pilot Office. This individual is in charge of all recruiting, training and development of sales rep in the pilot office. This person in essence their own District Office Manager but without the overhead. This position is ideally for an upcoming leader who commits to a few years as the DOM before opening their own office.
The PSSM is the right hand person to the DOM in the pilot office. Their sole duty is to work directly with the paid assistant managers in the pilot office. This person needs to possess an all-in, true team player mentality. This position is ideally for a high preforming sales rep who is not interested in normal manager activities but like to mentor and coach hunger and upcoming talent in the business.
