Leadership Academy or Managers In Training ( MIT ) class of 2027 are those who rise up and work towards being qualified to open their own office either for a summer only ( Branch ) or for longer ( District Manager ). The first step is to learn more and fill out the questionnaire before your Summer Conference Event.
