Core Programs

Core Program 1 - Structure

Documents you need to complete Core Program 1 are the Goal Breakdown & Weekly Schedule. This should be done in person and live at office. #NoShortCuts

Core Program 2 - Tracking

Having a structured Tracking program for your office demos is if not the most important - one of the most important. Tracking your data in any business is important. Billy Bob Joe Ray program is a core program alongside your demo / sales tracker program. This program is used to make sure all sales rep get a TRUE Cutco 5-star recruit program. Failing to confirm their completed the first 10 days core programs is a lack of leadership from the manager. Attached below is an example

Commission Statement Text

Every Thursday our Commission Statements generate by 3pm CST. It is important that all our reps get their commission statements, taught how to look at theirs and given praise.

Day 2 PC

Day 2 PC's are the one on one meetings with the new sales reps who are about to launch from Training.
