One of the first task a new manager will be trusted with, is the ability to run great phone jams. When reviewing a phone jam you look at the attendance + demos booked. A great phone jam leader can inspire, encourage, and get people committed to attend their phone jams. The second SKILL in being a great phone jam leaders is developing 3+ demos per head. (Example: 5 show and 15 demos were booked) this would be to Divisional Standards of 3 demos booked per head. Most Phone Jam Leaders take on a 12-day blitz where they try to get reps locked in and committed to finish the 12 day blitz with them. From sending social media messages, to the snapchat program (handling messages after initial image send out), to handling a live call. The Foundational Script is critical to making sure your learning to BE A RECRUITER versus just a "mindless zombie" per say sending messages :) Your goal is to increase your SKILL SET and be of A RECRUITER where if they message you, THEY GET SET FOR AN INTERVIEW.
The Interview has 3 parts to learn, and eventually memorize. The PRE | GROUP | POST INTERVIEW sections. Pre & Post usually are one on one. Your Group portion is done with a power point via zoom share screen and has videos incorporated. Learning to properly show the product during the zoom and properly run through the slides is critical to your success as A RECRUITER. Your goal in the interview is to BUILD THE VALUE of what the position can do for them if accepted. This is a skill, and through enough repetition, attaining a show % of 60%+ is very doable.
Becoming a manager who can run portions of training is a great accomplishment! Many and few get to this trusted level of responsibility. Your SKILL level in running a good training seminar comes down to how well you know the scripts, how organized you are with before training prep and how well you can flow through the power point and drive activity along side showing the videos.
Advance Training 1, 2, and 3 are usually incorporated around a new sales representatives PC (Personal Consultation) 1, 2, and 3. The great AM's take it upon themselves to really put in the time to study the PC's along the AT's as this is one the more lengthy processes of learning when developing your manager skills.
